Invest in Venango County Pennsylvania. Great prices, with great potential as the gas industry increases production in the area, more and more people are moving here for jobs and investments. Take advantage of the low prices now as they are sure to increase in the next year.

Yes, I have Phill's AMPS course + 1 year of website access. (about a $1500 waste of money). I actually had one really good sub-to deal under contract immediately after getting his course, but the seller took the contract (the AMPS contract) to some banker friend they had and told them they were getting screwed, so they backed out. That was the closest I've ever come to getting a sub-to deal.

Stop, you're making me nauseous. I started my real estate journey with Ron LeGrand's materials & bootcamps in the summer of 2007. Of course, Ron LeGrands was all about sub-to's. I can honestely say I've done EVERYTHING I was told to do. I have used all the right words: "take over payments", "debt relief", "cash for your equity", etc, etc... All I can say is, come try it in Kalispell, MT and see how you do.

I have also personally done a bunch of these deals and they are easier then buying traditional real estate. I am just surprised because this is easier to sell to "sellers" then 50% discount for cash or even traditional sales. I am not sure what you are saying to these people but its actually very easy to do once you go through 1 deal. Did you buy Phills course and follow all the instructions and scripts for sellers?

- Honestly, you MUST be saying something wrong. I am in Austin TX. I know Phill. I have friends who have 125+ houses Subject two in UNDER 4 years! Where are you located? I have 2 friends that started do AMPS / Owner Finance / Subject To....they started 2 years ago & have done over 80+ deals. This is no fluff, I know these people personally & they are great friends of mine. I know Phill's system works because I was there when we created it from the success stories above

Yes, I've been hearing & reading about how easy they are to do for 4 years, but I have yet to find a seller willing to deed me their house & leave the loan in their name. I have bought 6 deals in the last 4 years, but none of them were subject-to's. Phill Grove's material is a huge disappointment. I thought he would have some material that we could give to sellers that would make it easier to close these, but he doesn't. He just has a fancy website, which doesn't help.

Actually there are lots of people that I know that do these in weeks? How have you been doing this for 4 years and not closed one of these? These are very very easy to do. 4 years and no deals at all? |
