This is what happens when government over regulates. Forcing banks to relax credit standards to give loans to people who cant afford them. Its all on the record, I say vote out all incumbants and take back our country.

Predatory lend and mortgage servicing fraud are a HUGE part of all this. I have been hit by predatory lending, It no fun 4 sure!!! ameriquest and HSBC mortgage. Roland Arnall Stole this cats home.

A bail out would hurt the sensible people that chose not to over borrow in an attempt to try to outbid the reckelss borrowers. It would reward the recless borrowers; and reward the reckless lenders.
