The difference between a Real Estate Agent and a Real Estate Developer is an agent sells the property and a Developer builds on it.

Can you tell me what the difference is between a real estate agent and a real estate developer. Does one sell the houses and one build? Im seriously thinkin about going into the real estate buisness one way or another. REALLYY!!
